We handle the content process in-house. Because of this, we can customize our content based on your preferences, this includes the topics that we cover.
It's important to note that our work is made to be effective on Google - we should be covering competitive topics that will increase your organic traffic over time. We shouldn't be covering super niche topics as that won't help us with the ranking process.
To request a custom topic, we either need to know them before we start our work or 2 weeks in advance, as we will already have our content scheduled for a week or two. If you'd like to request a topic, you should -

Provide as much information as possible, including references & structure preferences.
We will then get it scheduled and written within 2 weeks, sometimes sooner. If you have an urgent topic request, please let your account manager know so that we can expedite it.
