More Account Security with Password Verification
As an added security layer, we’ve added a verification process before you can change your account password or email. Before changing either one of those, you'll be asked to enter your current password, and the request will be verified by Google’s invisible reCAPTCHA, to help prevent your account from fraud or abuse.
