Your designer depends on you to provide them with text that is proofread and free of spelling errors. Your designer will not do any editing of the text you provide, and will simply copy and paste it into your completed design.
When providing your designer with the text that you would like them to use, we ask that you please provide this to your designer in a format that they can easily cut and paste, like a Word or Google Doc file, or by pasting the text directly into your design request submission.
If you provide this text to your designer in a format or file that is not easy to cut and paste (such as a PDF), then they may have to transcribe the text themselves, which can lead to mistakes.
Remember, your designer is a professional designer, not a professional transcriber or copywriter.
