What if I'm not happy with my final project?

If you're unhappy with the work completed, we always recommend communicating with the pro via the dashboard as a first step so we can try to make things right.

However, if you're still dissatisfied after contacting your pro and you'd like to request a refund, please contact our support team. Include the name and email on your account, the project name, and the reason you are requesting a refund.

Our support team evaluates each refund request on a case-by-case basis. In a situation where the work was not completed fully as promised, we will issue a refund. Overall we aim to be reasonable with refund requests and as helpful as possible with our support.
