Kick-Off Call Process
We offer a Kick-off call as a deliverable for many of the retainer packages.
Typically, for kickoff calls, we will have 1 or 2 of our teammates (Project Manager and an Account Manager) join to learn more about the client and their vision for the campaign.
Our agenda for kick-off calls is as follows:
Introductions
Client to share an overview of their business
Client to Share details about product/service we will be promoting
Discussing getting access, Ad Accounts, Business Manager Access, etc (If we haven't already gotten that)
