While unlikely, it is possible that we will need to switch your designer, our designers are real people. Sometimes they get sick, sometimes they go on holidays, and sometimes they need to take care of the family.
Should you be paired with a new designer, they will have already been provided an orientation to ensure they understand exactly what you are looking for.
In most cases, such as your designer being sick or taking a vacation, your newly assigned designer will only be temporarily working with you. Once your original designer is once again available, they will be taking over once more.
Should you, however, wish to continue working with your new designer, please contact us and we will ensure that this new designer continues to work with you for all of your projects.
